HIRA began as a partnership between Adhitya Himawan and Adi Prawira during their college years, originally known as himawan/prawira. Their career as partners started with handling various photography needs for local promotions.

After quite a significant journey, himawan/prawira was officially established as PT Hira Cahaya Kreasi in 2011, starting its operations in 2012 and rebranded to HIRA in 2017.

Today, HIRA is composed of photographic image makers with diverse styles and specializations, supported by a solid team of producers, technical and art department crew, digital post-productions, and last but not least, a strong business administration team. Additionally, HIRA regularly collaborates with various freelance professionals who play crucial roles in photography-based visual production.

To date, HIRA has collaborated with clients across various industries, creative teams, advertising agencies, and businesses. Through carefully planned and tailored photography processes, HIRA strives to deliver impeccable results tailored to each client's and collaborators unique needs.
